- 200 grams of Mushrooms
- 50 milliliters of Soy
- 40 grams of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 pinch of salt

How to make Soy Caramelized Mushrooms:
- Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a frying pan, add butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes until golden brown, season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl add the soy sauce and stir with the sugar, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture and the latter has completely dissolved.
- Add this mixture to the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, until the sauce is slightly thick.
