  • 200 grams of Mushrooms
  • 50 milliliters of Soy
  • 40 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Soy Caramelized Mushrooms:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a frying pan, add butter and sauté the sliced ​​mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes until golden brown, season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl add the soy sauce and stir with the sugar, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture and the latter has completely dissolved.
  4. Add this mixture to the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, until the sauce is slightly thick.
  5. Serve the caramelized mushrooms with soy and enjoy. You can eat this dish alone with a little white rice like tandoori mushrooms or use it to accompany meats like duck breast.
