Soy Burgers Recipe

Ingredients to make Soy Burgers:

  • 200 grams of soybeans, seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • garlic cloves
  • 40 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 40 grams of bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

How to make Soy Burgers:

1.Cook the soybeans with water and salt.

2.Strain and reserve the cooking broth.

3.Crush the soybeans and pour into a bowl.

4.Peel the onion and crush it together with the garlic cloves.

5..Add to the bowl with the crushed soybeans, add a little chopped parsley, the beaten eggs and season with salt and pepper.

6.Mix everything well and add the breadcrumbs until you get the right consistency.

7.Form the burgers.

8.If we want to freeze them, place them between plastic wrap to take them to the freezer.

9.Heat a little of the cooking broth in a saucepan and add a splash of soy sauce and reduce.

10.Pass the hamburgers through the frying pan or griddle with a little oil and sprinkled with sesame.

11.Serve accompanied with the sauce and some bean sprouts.
