Ingredients to make Source of sardines:
- 800 gr. of sardines
- oil
- oregano
- chopped parsley
- crushed tomato
- salted
- Pepper
How to make Sardine Platter:
- Clean the sardines remove the head and the spine and open them in the form of a book; wash and dry them.
- Coat a heat-resistant dish with oil, spread a layer of sardines, put the crushed tomato and chopped parsley on top; sprinkle with oregano and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Make another layer in the same way as the previous one and spray with oil.
- Bake at 200º for about 15 minutes.
