Soupy rice with salmon recipe

Ingredients to make soupy rice with salmon:

  • 300 grams of bomba rice
  • 400 grams of salmon without skin or bones
  • 1 liter of fish broth
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • chopped parsley

How to make soupy rice with salmon:

  1. Clean and chop the salmon.
  2. Chop the garlic, onion and green pepper very finely and fry it in the oil over low heat.
  3. Then we increase the intensity of the fire and sauté the rice.
  4. We wet the rice little by little with the fish broth and stir with a wooden spatula.
  5. When it takes 10 minutes to cook, add the bits of salmon and add salt to taste.
  6. Cook the rice over low heat for approximately 18-20 minutes in total.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  8. The rice should be creamy but not waste.
  9. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
