- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Soupy rice with frozen seafood:
- Prepare all the ingredients to prepare our homemade soupy rice. You can buy the frozen seafood mix to your liking, I have used one that comes with mussels, squid, octopus and prawns.
- Cut the pepper and onion into small cubes, finely chop the garlic and fry everything over medium heat.
- Peel and cut the tomato into small cubes. We wash and leave the peas ready.
- Add the tomato, peas and wine and reduce by half to add the shellfish and paprika. Add the rice and add water until it covers everything, season with a little salt.
- If you want the rice to have a more intense flavor of the sea, you can change the water for fish broth.
- As the rice dries up we will add water or more broth, you should also correct the salt during cooking, being very careful not to salt the rice.
