Sole with grapes recipe

Ingredients to make sole with grapes:

  • 4 sole fillets
  • 2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 250 grams of grapes
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 glasses of fish brother
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 2 glasses of béchamel sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • salted
  • pepper

How to make sole with grapes:

  1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves.
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and distribute the garlic and onion.
  3. Season the sole fillets with salt and pepper, roll them up or hold them with toothpicks so they don’t come loose.
  4. Put them in the dish with the thyme and pour in the wine and broth. Bake over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, peel the grapes and remove the seeds.
  6. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and cook for a few minutes.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the fish to another pan.
  8. Distribute the grapes over the fish.
  9. Mix the béchamel with the onion, garlic and fish juice and pour it over the fillets.
  10. Gratin ate and serve hot.
