Ingredients to make sole with grapes:
- 4 sole fillets
- 2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 grams of grapes
- 1 glass of white wine
- 2 glasses of fish brother
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 2 glasses of béchamel sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter

How to make sole with grapes:
- Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and distribute the garlic and onion.
- Season the sole fillets with salt and pepper, roll them up or hold them with toothpicks so they don’t come loose.
- Put them in the dish with the thyme and pour in the wine and broth. Bake over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the grapes and remove the seeds.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and cook for a few minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the fish to another pan.
- Distribute the grapes over the fish.
- Mix the béchamel with the onion, garlic and fish juice and pour it over the fillets.
