Ingredients to make Sole with baked vegetables:
- 1 unit of Sole
- 50 grams of white onion
- 40 grams of red pepper
- 40 grams of Carrots
- 30 grams of Beans
- 5 grams of Parsley
- 30 grams of Butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Sole with baked vegetables:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- In a pan with oil, sauté the julienned carrots and the small sliced beans for 4 minutes.
- Add the pepper and onion cut into julienne strips, sauté for another 8 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the butter with the macerated garlic, salt and finely chopped parsley.
- Make a roll with plastic wrap and take it to the fridge until it hardens.
- In a refractory pan add half of the vegetables, a few slices of butter and arrange the previously seasoned sole, cover with slices of butter
- Cover with the remaining vegetables and bake covered at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Serve, accompany with white rice.
