Sole recipe with baked vegetables

Ingredients to make Sole with baked vegetables:

  • 1 unit of Sole
  • 50 grams of white onion
  • 40 grams of red pepper
  • 40 grams of Carrots
  • 30 grams of Beans
  • 5 grams of Parsley
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Sole with baked vegetables:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. In a pan with oil, sauté the julienned carrots and the small sliced ​​beans for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the pepper and onion cut into julienne strips, sauté for another 8 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the butter with the macerated garlic, salt and finely chopped parsley.
  5. Make a roll with plastic wrap and take it to the fridge until it hardens.
  6. In a refractory pan add half of the vegetables, a few slices of butter and arrange the previously seasoned sole, cover with slices of butter
  7. Cover with the remaining vegetables and bake covered at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve, accompany with white rice.
