Ingredients to make Rolls of sole, ham and prawns:
- 12 soles, fillets
- 500 grams of prawns or prawns
- 12 slices of finely cut ham
- 50 oil
- 500 ccs of fish brother
- 50 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 teaspoons of liquid cream
- 1 sprig of dill
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Rolls of sole, ham and prawns:

- Melt the butter in a deep frying pan and brown the flour in it.
- Pour in the brother little by little and stir continuously until it
..thickens.
- Add the liquid cream and season.
- Chop the dill and mix it with the hot sauce.
- Clean the prawns peel them and remove their heads.
- Spread out the sole fillets, put the slice of ham on top and place some prawns on top, in the center.
- Roll the fillets over the prawns to form rolls and close with toothpicks
- Place in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Drizzle with a drizzle of oil and place in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC, until the fish is white and done.
- Serve the rolls with the sauce on top and a little dill.
- This recipe is very appropriate for the holidays; it can be prepared and put in the oven shortly before serving.
