Sole, ham and prawn rolls recipe

Ingredients to make Rolls of sole, ham and prawns:

  • 12 soles, fillets
  • 500 grams of prawns or prawns
  • 12 slices of finely cut ham
  • 50 oil
  • 500 ccs of fish brother
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of liquid cream
  • 1 sprig of dill
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Rolls of sole, ham and prawns:

    1. Melt the butter in a deep frying pan and brown the flour in it.
    2. Pour in the brother little by little and stir continuously until it

    ..thickens.

  1. Add the liquid cream and season.
  2. Chop the dill and mix it with the hot sauce.
  3. Clean the prawns peel them and remove their heads.
  4. Spread out the sole fillets, put the slice of ham on top and place some prawns on top, in the center.
  5. Roll the fillets over the prawns to form rolls and close with toothpicks
  6. Place in a lightly greased baking dish.
  7. Drizzle with a drizzle of oil and place in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC, until the fish is white and done.
  8. Serve the rolls with the sauce on top and a little dill.
  9. This recipe is very appropriate for the holidays; it can be prepared and put in the oven shortly before serving.
