Sole fillets with milk sauce recipe

Ingredients to make sole fillets with milk sauce:

  • 4 pcs. sole
  • 1 pc. Butter
  • 1/2 lbs. milk
  • 50 g. blue cheese
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pc. nutmeg
  • 1 pc. parsley
  • 1 tbsp. oil

How to make Sole fillets with milk sauce:

  1. The soles are cleaned and cut into fillets. They are seasoned, drizzled in flour and fried over and over again in a frying pan with a little oil. They are reserved in a resistant source in the oven.
  2. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the chopped cheese, a teaspoon of flour and cook everything well, stirring constantly while adding the milk. Add the salt, nutmeg and chopped parsley, and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Then cover the sole fillets with the sauce, cook au gratin for one minute and serve.
