Ingredients to make Gratin Sole:
- 2 fillets of sole
- 60 gr breadcrumbs
- 100 gr parmesan cheese
- 100 gr butter
- 1 lemon

How to make Gratin Sole:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- Add salt, pepper and lemon to the fish.
- Melt the butter and mix with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish, along with the mixture of butter, cheese and breadcrumbs, cover with more cheese, bake at 170ºC for 15 minutes.
- Taste.
