Smoothie for After Training

Ingredients to make Smoothie for after training:

  1. 1 cup soy milk
  2. 4 bananas
  3. 2 carrots
  4. 2 celery stalks
  5. 1 piece of fresh ginger
  6. 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  7. 4 tablespoons of peanut butter

How to make Smoothie for after training:

  • Peel the bananas and carrots and chop all the fruit and vegetables.
  • Place the bananas, carrots, celery, ginger, coconut sugar and peanut butter in the blender jar, and pour the soy milk inside. Blend all the ingredients well until you get a smooth smoothie without lumps.
  • Serve the post-workout smoothie in a freshly made glass or Mason jar.
