Smooth loin recipe in the pot

Ingredients to make smooth loin in the pot:

  • 300 grams of smooth loin cut into strips
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 large red onion cut into feathers
  • 1 green chili, clean and chopped
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 4 large tomatoes peeled and cut
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

How to make smooth loin in the pot:

  1. The first thing we must do is season the meat and add cumin and oregano for flavor. The smooth spine must be cut into strips. Also, we put a frying pan on the fire with olive oil.
  2. When the oil is hot, we sauté the onion with the chili pepper and the garlic until it becomes transparent, all well chopped.
  3. Immediately afterwards, we add the meat and sauté everything together. Then, we pour the soy sauce, the vinegar and, finally, the tomatoes cut into wedges.
  4. We reduce the temperature of the fire and cook the smooth loin in the pot for 10 minutes. After this time, add the coriander and stir.
  5. Clever! We serve the smooth loin to the pot immediately to enjoy it hot. We can accompany this dish with roasted potatoes, an avocado salad or the ingredient that we like the most.
