Smoked salmon with shrimp recipe

Ingredients to make Smoked Salmon with Shrimp:

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon creamed horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 75 – 100 gr of cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 2 slices of salmon of 75
  • 100 g lettuce leaves
  • To decorate
  • slices of cucumbers
  • lemon slices

How to make Smoked Salmon with Shrimp:

  1. In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, radish, capers, parsley and juice. Add shrimp to soak well
  2. Spread the salmon slices out on a board and divide the mixture between them, roll them up carefully.
  3. Arrange a few lettuce leaves on 2 small plates and place the salmon rolls on top.
  4. Garnish with cucumber and lemon.
  5. Serve with rye bread and butter.
