Smoked Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Smoked Salmon Salad:

• 500 grams of smoked salmon.

• 300 grams of fresh spinach.

• 1 unit of red onion.

• 100 grams of almonds.

• 100 ml of orange and honey vinaigrette.

• Salt.

• Pepper.

How to make Smoked Salmon Salad:

Prelist the ingredients. Wash and add the spinach to a deep bowl. On a board, chop the purple onion into feathers. Mix the purple onion with the spinach.

Cut the salmon into thick strips and mix it with the previous step. Stir well until all the ingredients are distributed. Add the whole almonds or if you want to process them a little (to the taste of each of the diners).

Add the orange and honey vinaigrette and mix. Serve decorating each of the plates with a few pieces of salmon and almonds. Enjoy.
