Smoked salmon recipe

  2. Cover the surface of a frying pan with aluminum foil and add the raw rice together with the herbs we have (laurel, oregano and thyme)
  3. Season the salmon fillet with olive oil, pepper and truffle salt to taste. Spread it well on all sides.

  5. Once we see that the rice and herbs begin to smoke, cover the piece of salmon, so that the smoke cooks all the meat.
  6. We must leave the piece of salmon for about 20 to 30 minutes so that the smoke penetrates well everywhere. If you want, you can turn it from side to side, to smoke more evenly.
  7. The homemade smoked salmon can be eaten immediately and to preserve it, brush it with a little olive oil. We can refrigerate the salmon in a plastic container in the fridge or refrigerator for a maximum of 3 to 5 days.
