Ingredients to make smoked salmon cannelloni:
- 10 Lasagna sheets
- 250 grams of Ricotta Cheese
- 1 bunch of spinach cooked
- 200 grams of smoked salmon
- 100 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 400 milliliters of basic béchamel sauce
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Smoked Salmon Cannelloni:
- Our first step to make the salmon cannelloni recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
- Place the ricotta cheese and the handful of cooked spinach in a food processor. Process until the ingredients is integrated.
- Transfer the cannelloni filling to a bowl. Add salt, black pepper and garlic paste to taste. Mix well until the ingredients are integrated.
- Bring a deep pot with enough water over medium heat; once the water is boiling cook the lasagna sheets until they are soft. I recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions, which may vary depending on the type of pasta.
