In this recipe we are going to make a delicious option as a starter for the Christmas holidays, a smoked salmon cake stuffed with avocado. We are going to see the step by step of the recipe and the ingredients that we detail to learn how to prepare it.

Ingredients to make Smoked Salmon Cake:

  • 200 grams of smoked salmon
  • 2 fresh salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 units of tomato
  • 100 grams of long or green onion
  • 3 units of ripe Avocados
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Smoked Salmon Pie:

  1. The first step to make our salmon cake recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a square mold you must add a piece of plastic wrap so that we can easily unmold the cake. Then, top with thin slices of smoked salmon.
  3. Now we are going to make the filling of our salmon recipe. To do this, you must chop the onion and tomato and take them to a deep bowl.
  4. Add the ripe avocados and make a puree similar to guacamole with these ingredients. Add salt, black pepper and garlic paste to taste.
  5. On the other hand, cook the salmon fillets until they are juicy. Remove from the fire and let cool.
  6. Once the fillets that we cooked are cold, mix them with the salmon pie filling.
  7. Add the filling of our cake with the help of a teaspoon on the thin slices of salmon that you prepared at the beginning.
  8. Add the cream cheese in such a way that it is well distributed, look at the image to do it the same.
  9. Cover the cake with the rest of the salmon slices and reserve it in the fridge or refrigerator until serving time.
  10. Serve the salmon cake as an appetizer, carefully removing it from the container to prevent it from falling apart. This dish is really exquisite and you can accompany it with pieces of rye bread and a fresh salad. Enjoy!
