Ingredients to make Smoked Fish and Caviar Canapés:

  • Smoked salmon
  • Smoked anchovies
  • Smoked trout
  • Caviar or substitute
  • Butter
  • Bread
  • Olive oil

How to make Smoked Fish and Caviar Canapés:

Cut the salmon, anchovies and smoked trout into fillets. Remove the crust from the bread and cut each slice into 4 triangles. Put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the triangles of bread. Place them on kitchen paper to absorb the oil.

Spread the bread with butter and place a piece of each fish on top. Finish with a little caviar in the center. Place on a plate with a doily and serve.
