Sirloin with foie recipe

Ingredients to make sirloin with foie:

  • 300 grams of beef tenderloin two pieces
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 grams of round potatoes
  • 200 ccs of red wine
  • 200 ccs of meat juice
  • 40 grams of duck foie two slices
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 60 ml of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make sirloin with foie:

  1. Boil the peeled carrots with the unpeeled zucchini cut into wedges.
  2. Fry the round potatoes.
  3. In the meantime.
