Ingredients to make sirloin with foie:
- 300 grams of beef tenderloin two pieces
- 4 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 200 grams of round potatoes
- 200 ccs of red wine
- 200 ccs of meat juice
- 40 grams of duck foie two slices
- 20 grams of butter
- 60 ml of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make sirloin with foie:
- Boil the peeled carrots with the unpeeled zucchini cut into wedges.
- Fry the round potatoes.
- In the meantime.
- Put the red wine to reduce in a pan over heat until half is left.
- At which point the meat juices and butter are added.
- Boil for one minute and reserve.
- Season the sirloin with salt and pepper and fry it in a frying pan.
- When they are ready, put them on the plate with a slice of foie on top.
