Ingredients to make Singapore Noodles [from “Oriental Pasta” by Anne Wilson]:

  1. 300g noodles
  2. 2 tablespoons of oil
  3. 2 minced garlic cloves
  4. 350 g pork loin cut into strips
  5. 300 g raw peeled prawns
  6. 1 large onion cut into thin wedges
  7. 1-2 tablespoons of curry (prepare the curry spice mix and do not add the heat)
  8. 150 g of beans in small strips
  9. 1 large carrot cut into slices
  10. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  11. 1 teaspoon salt
  12. 1 tablespoon soy willow
  13. 200 g bean sprouts
  14. 1 spring onion in thin strips to decorate

How to make Singapore Noodles [from “Oriental Pasta” by Anne Wilson]:

  • Cook the noodles until they are soft and drain them.
  • Heat half the oil in a frying pan over high heat and heat the garlic, pork and prawns.
