Ingredients to make Sinaloa-style Shrimp Ceviche:

  • ½ pound raw shrimp
  • 1 unit of Cucumber
  • 2 units of Tomato
  • ½ unit of red onion
  • 5 units of Serrano chili
  • 1 handful of green coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Lemons
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 can of V8 Juice or vegetable juice
  • 1 can of Clamato or tomato juice

How to make Sinaloa Style Shrimp Ceviche:

The first thing we have to do to prepare this Sinaloa-style shrimp ceviche is chop the shrimp as finely as possible. Put them in a container, add the lemon juice until they are completely covered and season with salt and ground pepper. Reserve and let macerate for a while.

When the shrimp turn pink, add the vegetables and coriander, all finely chopped. Also add the vegetable and tomato juices to the Sinaloa shrimp ceviche and stir well to mix the ingredients evenly. Reserve and let stand in the fridge for half an hour.

After this time you will be able to serve this delicious Sinaloa style shrimp ceviche, I recommend accompanying it with Mexican toast or homemade nachos.
