Shrimp tacos recipe in chipotle cheese sauce

Ingredients to make shrimp tacos in chipotle cheese sauce:

  • 1 1/2 medium shrimp
  • 300 gr of manchego cheese
  • 2 small cans of chipotle
  • 450 grams of cream
  • 2 packages of flour tortillas
  • 3 avocados
  • Salt
  • Pepper to taste

How to make Shrimp Tacos in Chipotle Cheese Sauce:

Wash the shrimp and let them rest for 5 minutes with half a squeezed lemon to remove the fishy taste.

Then take them to the pot with hot water and 3 teaspoons of salt so that they take on flavor from the beginning. You can also add about 3 tablespoons of olive oil for a more Mediterranean flavor.

After they are well cooked, set them aside without the water. Blend the cheese, cream and chipotle add salt and pepper to taste.

This sauce should take on a pink color, take it to the pot for 20 minutes until it gives its first boil.

Add the shrimp to the sauce and serve 3 to 4 shrimp per tortilla AND 1 or 2 strips of avocado and that’s it! You will love them…!
