Shrimp Stuffed Cannelloni Recipe

Ingredients to make cannelloni stuffed with shrimp:

  1. 1/2 kg. shrimp
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 minced garlic clove
  4. 1/2 carrot finely chopped
  5. 1 stalk of celery or celery chopped
  6. 1/2 stalk of leek or garlic minced joint

How to make cannelloni stuffed with shrimp:

  • Sauté for about 5 minutes and reserve.

  • Fill the already boiled cannelloni with the sauce, and place on a tray with butter and flour.
  • First a layer of the cream, the stuffed cannelloni, the cream and the cheese.
  • Take to the high oven to gratin.
