Shrimp Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Shrimp Salad:

• 1/2 pound of shrimp

• 1 small radicchio

• 1/2 lettuce

• l orange

• 1 bay leaf

• 1/2 stalk of celery

• 1/2 carrot

• 1/2 onion

• l tablespoon of lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon orange juice

• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

• 1 bunch of tarragon

• l bunch of chervil

• basil leaves

• Salt

• Pepper

How to make Shrimp Salad:

Remove the skin from the onion and cut it into slices. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices. Wash the celery, remove the strings and chop. Bring the above vegetables to a boil in a pot with water and a bay leaf. Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes; drain and remove skin. Wash the radicchio and lettuce and drain them on a kitchen cloth. Remove the peel from the orange down to the pulp (also remove the white skin), cut it into segments and remove the seeds. I harmoniously put the salad on the plate, alternating with the orange segments and the shrimp. Wash basil, tarragon and chervil; dry and chop. Put them in a container with lemon juice, orange juice, oil, salt and pepper. Blend the ingredients and season the salad.
