  6. 20 fresh shrimp
  7. 2 pieces of tomato pear
  8. 1 cup of fried tomato
  9. 1 piece of spring onion
  10. 1 dessert spoon of oregano
  11. 1 piece of bell pepper in strips
  12. 10 mushrooms
  13. 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  14. 4 slices of cream cheese bar
  15. 1 dessert spoon basil
  16. pepper to taste

How to make Shrimp Pizza:

  • The first step of this easy shrimp pizza will be to prepare the pizza dough, for which you will only need 5 basic ingredients and an hour of rest. Put the oil and water in a bowl or mixer.
  • Add the dry ingredients: flour, salt and lastly the yeast. Knead for 10 minutes. If you need more flour to make the dough more pliable, sprinkle some over it.
  • Tip: If you don’t have a mixer, you can make the dough by hand, but it will take more time.
  • When the dough is smooth and homogeneous, make a ball and let it rest for an hour in a covered and floured container. Then, take it out and knead it a bit to extract the air.
  • Remove legs, head, and skin from fresh shrimp; save them for later. You can also use frozen shrimp, but you will need to thaw them first. Preheat oven to 180°C with top and bottom heat.
  • Arrange the dough in an oven container or a previously floured tray. If you need to flatten it with a roller, do not hesitate to use it, the idea is that the dough is well extended.
  • When filling the shrimp pizza, keep in mind that the fried tomato should always be placed first along with the spices to prevent them from burning. Then, add the slices of cheese in thick strips and the onion cut into feathers.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients distributed to your liking and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Place the pizza in the oven at medium height and let it cook for 40 minutes at 180 °C. All ovens are different, so if you feel that it takes more or less time, and check the state of your pizza after 30 minutes.
  • Clever! You will have your magnificent shrimp and mushroom pizza ready. If you have any left over, you can store it in the freezer wrapped in aluminum foil and heat it in the oven for 15 minutes when you are ready to eat it.
