Ingredients to make Shrimp Mayonnaise Dip:

  • 1 bag of peeled shrimp (1 kilo)
  • Mayonnaise
  • 2 sprigs of coriander
  • Pretzels

How to make Shrimp Mayonnaise Dip:

In a medium saucepan, cook the previously washed shrimp to start the homemade dip recipe. While the shrimp are cooking, wash the cilantro and finely chop it on a plastic board. If you prefer, you can use more or less of this aromatic spice, to your liking!

Once the shrimp are cooked, drain the water in a colander and finely chop them on a plastic board or, better yet, crush them with a hand blender to obtain a smooth and creamy shrimp dip.

Mix the chopped cilantro with the crushed or chopped shrimp, and integrate these ingredients well. Then add a pinch of salt and the mayonnaise. The amount of mayonnaise is to taste, since depending on how light you want the spread to be, you will have to add more or less. I advise you to add little by little to test the result.

Place the shrimp dip with mayonnaise on a plate using a mold to improve the presentation, and decorate with the crackers, which can be crackers, and a few sprigs of coriander if you wish. Enjoy this tasty recipe with your guests!
