Ingredients to make Shrimp Kotfa:
- 1 kilogram of Shrimp
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 glass of ground rice
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 unit of Onion
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of cayenne powder
How to make Shrimp Kotfa:
Peel the Shrimp and wash them. Chop them with parsley, garlic and onion. Add the spices, the ground rice and mix. Shape the dough into fingers and brush with oil. Fry in very hot oil, remove and put on a piece of paper. Prepare the tomato sauce with garlic.
Pour half of the Kofta into the sauce. Serve the other half on a plate with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
