Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Shrimp Fried Rice:

  • 2 cup(s) cooked rice
  • 1 tray(s) mushrooms
  • 2 onion(s) finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) shrimp tail(s)
  • 1 egg(s) beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Shrimp Fried Rice:

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onions and shrimp for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, and rice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the beaten egg and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on the heat, stirring constantly.
