Shrimp Dip Recipe

Ingredients to make Shrimp Dip:

  • 500 grams of cooked shrimp
  • 180 grams of Mayonnaise
  • 3 branches of Celery
  • 3 sprigs of coriander
  • 4 dessert spoons of lemon juice
  • 2 dessert spoons of chopped onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Shrimp Dip:

Finely chop all the ingredients. For this you can use a food processor or do it by hand, it depends if you like to feel the pieces or not in the dip. Then mix with the mayonnaise and season to taste. Mix well, in an enveloping way, until all the ingredients are integrated. In this step you can add a little hot sauce, it gives an excellent touch to the shrimp dip. Take the mixture to the fridge and let it rest for a couple of hours so that it takes cold. Then you can decorate this delicious shrimp dip with a little chopped parsley or chives and serve with toasted bread or crackers.
