Ingredients to make Cream of Shrimp:
- 1 kilogram of fresh shrimp
- 1 unit of Onion
- 1 unit of Paprika
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 pinch of rosemary and sage
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Cream of Shrimp:
- Peel the raw shrimp, wash the heads and shells very well and cook them over medium heat with the rest of the ingredients, except the cornstarch, for 10 minutes and reserve them for another recipe.
- After cooking, increase the heat and when it breaks the boil, turn off.
- Then liquefy adding the cornstarch and place it back on the fire for about 10 more minutes so that it cooks and thickens the cream.
- You can decorate the shrimp cream dish with a little fresh chives and pepper.
