Ingredients to make Shrimp Caesar Salad:

• 1 cup frozen shrimp

• 100 grams of lettuce mix

• 1 handful of Croutons

• Cesar dressing

• 2 anchovy fillets

• 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

• ½ cup of Parmesan cheese powder

• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

How to make Shrimp Caesar Salad:

Once you have all the ingredients ready, the first thing we will do to prepare this salad with shrimp is to prepare the Caesar sauce. To do this, mix all the ingredients well and correct texture and flavor by adding a little more mayonnaise or cheese and reserve in the fridge. Once the dressing is ready, we will start cooking the shrimp. If you want you can use fresh shrimp, I have preferred to use frozen ones that are already peeled. Take them to a pan, without oil, and cook for a few minutes until they are ready.

Next, place the greens, the croutons and the shrimp in a large enough bowl. Stir everything well so that the ingredients are distributed as evenly as possible. Caesar salad is usually made with romaine lettuce, but you can make a mix with watercress, lamb’s lettuce and lettuce if you prefer.

Finally, add the Caesar sauce and mix with all the ingredients. I recommend you add sauce little by little until you get the right finish. If you add too much at first, the salad can be very strong. Serve the Caesar salad with shrimp and enjoy this delicacy as a main dish to freshen up the day.
