Shrimp Bisque Recipe

Ingredients to make Shrimp Bisque:

  • ½ kilogram of Shell and shrimp heads

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 unit of chicken or shrimp broth cube
  • 200 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Shrimp Bisque:

  1. We start by melting the butter in a pan. When this is done, fry the shrimp shells a little until they turn red.
  2. Salt, pepper and white wine are added. After a few minutes, when the wine has begun to reduce, we remove it from the heat and blend it. Booking.
  3. Separately, blend the pepper with the onion, the garlic, the broth and a little milk or water. Blend everything well and pass through a strainer, then pour the result into a pot with a little butter.
  4. At the same time we add the previous liquefied shells. Leave the fire until it boils and then add the cream little by little.
  5. Mix well and correct the consistency of the shrimp cream with a little ground breadcrumbs if necessary.
