  • 2 carrot(s)
  • 1/2 liter white wine
  • 1 envelope(s) tomato sauce
  • 2 cup(s) hot water
  • 1 glass(s) of brandy
  • 3 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 cloves
  • salt pepper and cumin to taste

How to make Shredded Lamb:

  1. Wash and clean the meat well.
  2. Prick the meat and make small holes insert long pieces of bacon.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and crushed garlic.
  4. Finally heat the butter in a deep pot. Brown the meat on both sides, cover with boiling water and cook until tender.
