Ingredients to make Shredded Lamb:
- 4 pieces of lamb meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1/4 kg bacon
- 2 carrot(s)
- 1/2 liter white wine
- 1 envelope(s) tomato sauce
- 2 cup(s) hot water
- 1 glass(s) of brandy
- 3 garlic clove(s)
- 2 cloves
- salt pepper and cumin to taste
How to make Shredded Lamb:
- Wash and clean the meat well.
- Prick the meat and make small holes insert long pieces of bacon.
- Season with salt, pepper, cumin and crushed garlic.
- Finally heat the butter in a deep pot. Brown the meat on both sides, cover with boiling water and cook until tender.
- Add the coarsely chopped onion, sliced carrot, parsley sprigs, seasoning, and wine and tomato sauce. Continue cooking until everything is soft. Serve sliced with assorted salads.
