Seville water with Thermomix

Ingredients to make Agua de Sevilla with Thermomix:

  • 1 bottle of Cava
  • 1 liter of half candied pineapple juice
  • 1 glass of Cointreau
  • 1 glass of whiskey
  • 1 glass of rum
  • 1 egg
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Ice
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

How to make Agua de Sevilla with Thermomix:

  1. To prepare this recipe for Seville water with Thermomix, the first thing we have to do is mount the egg white until stiff. To do this, separate the white from the yolk, place it in the Thermomix glass, put the butterfly and program it for about 5 minutes at speed 4. Reserve it for later
  2. Next, add the pineapple juice, the Cointreau, the whiskey and the rum to the Thermomix glass and mix for about 20 seconds at speed 5.
  3. Next, add the bottle of cava little by little, beating progressively from speed 5 to 9.
  4. Trick: Add the sugar in this step if you want the sweetest Seville water.
  5. Finally, place the Seville water in a suitable glass or pitcher, add some ice cubes if it is not too cold, place the egg white on top and add a little ground cinnamon or whipped cream if desired. And the water from Seville with Thermomix will be ready!
