- 24 units of Mussels
- 1½ liters of fish broth
- 12 units of Tomatoes or tomatoes

- In a large pot, fry the onion, the garlic cloves in the olive oil.
- The tomatoes are crushed with a blender and a little broth.

- Add the rest of the broth and the rest of the fish, except for shellfish and epazote, oregano, saffron.
