The serranito is a typical sandwich from Seville that is prepared with pork loin, fried peppers and serrano ham. Originally it is served on white muffin bread, but you can use the bread you have at home.
It is a starter that does not require many ingredients but has an incredible result.
Ingredients to make Serranito:
- 4 strip loin fillets
- 1 unit of green pepper
- 2 slices of Serrano ham
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 loaf of bread
How to make Serranito:
We gather all the ingredients to make the serranito. Remove the stem of the pepper, remove the seeds, cut it in half and fry it in plenty of olive oil. In another pan, fry the strip of loin with a little oil. We salt and pepper remember that the meat must be well done.
Assemble the serranito between two slices of white bread: place the loin fillets, the fried pepper and a couple of slices of serrano ham.
