Seasonal Stew Recipe

Ingredients to make Seasonal Stew:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • a handful of flat green beans
  • a handful of peas and mushrooms
  • 1 artichoke
  • Toilet
  • olive oil
  • white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • two bay leaves
  • 1 tablet of vegetable broth.

How to make Seasonal Stew:

  1. Put in a deep clay pot, water (about half a liter, and add if it has fallen short), olive oil, salt and the two bay leaves and the vegetable broth tablet, bring to a boil.
  2. While we peel and cut the vegetables into fairly large pieces.
  3. When boiling add them to the pot.
  4. Cook more or less 15 minutes, until we see that the vegetables are soft.
  5. Add pepper and white wine, stir.
  6. Serve very hot.
  7. Note: You should not reduce all the water, it should be broth.
  8. If the water reduces, add more.
