Seafood Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Seafood Rice:

  • 250g of rice
  • Oil
  • 500cc of vegetable broth
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 roasted bell peppers, skinless and julienned
  • 50g of minced ham
  • 150g of clams
  • 200g of prawns
  • 150g of mussels
  • Chopped parsley
  • sweet paprika
  • Saffron
  • Salt

How to make Seafood Rice:

  1. In a clay pot, brown the onion in oil, then add the peppers, parsley, paprika, ham and salt to taste.
  2. When these ingredients are cooked, add the clams and mussels and then add the prawns.
  3. Add the broth, saffron and paprika and when it boils add the rice.
  4. When the rice is cooked, remove it, let it rest and garnish with the peppers, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
