Ingredients to make Seafood Rice:
- 250g of rice
- Oil
- 500cc of vegetable broth
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 roasted bell peppers, skinless and julienned
- 50g of minced ham
- 150g of clams
- 200g of prawns
- 150g of mussels
- Chopped parsley
- sweet paprika
- Saffron
- Salt
How to make Seafood Rice:
- In a clay pot, brown the onion in oil, then add the peppers, parsley, paprika, ham and salt to taste.
- When these ingredients are cooked, add the clams and mussels and then add the prawns.
- Add the broth, saffron and paprika and when it boils add the rice.
- When the rice is cooked, remove it, let it rest and garnish with the peppers, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
