Ingredients to make Seafood Pizza with prawns:
- 2 ready-made pizza bases
- 80ml olive oil
- 2 onion
- 200 g fried tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salted
- freshly ground black pepper
- 180g canned mussels
- 180 g cooked peeled prawns
- 200 g shredded mozzarella
- 2 ripe tomatoes
How to make seafood pizza with prawns:
- Heat the oven to 220°C.
- Julienne an onion and mince the garlic.
- In a frying pan, fry them with the oil, until the onion is transparent, but not golden.
- Mix with the crushed tomato and oregano, salt and pepper.
- Sauté the remaining onion, also in julienne strips, and set aside.
- Drain the mussels.
- Cut the tomato into slices and these in half and reserve.
- On the pizza bases put a generous layer of the tomato sauce
- Distribute the julienned onion and mozzarella
- Distribute the mussels, the prawns and the tomato
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the base is crisp and the cheese is melted and golden.
