Ingredients to make Seafood Pate:

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • 7 cooked prawns
  • 10 pieces of Surimi or Crab Sticks

How to make Seafood Pate:

Gather all the ingredients on the list. To make the boiled eggs you must cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes, although it is better to review the most suitable tricks and cooking times to get perfect hard-boiled eggs. Place the chopped eggs together with the peeled prawns, the also chopped crab sticks and about two tablespoons of mayonnaise in the blender glass.

If you want you can make the sauce yourself, following the homemade mayonnaise recipe step by step. Blend everything and add more mayonnaise depending on the texture that we want to give the pâté. We can make a thick or lighter seafood pâté to our liking. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place in a tub with a lid and reserve in the fridge until it is time to serve. This seafood pâté with surimi is to be eaten right away, although it can keep for a maximum of one day in the fridge. When serving the seafood pâté, decorate with a few sprigs of parsley or some crackers and enjoy!
