Seafood Noodles Recipe

Ingredients to make Marinera Noodles:

  1. 350 grams of noodles
  2. 1/2 kg of clams
  3. 1 onion
  4. 2 green bell peppers
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. 5 l vegetable broth
  7. a few strands of saffron
  8. chopped parsley
  9. oil
  10. salted

How to make Marinara Noodles:

  • In a casserole with oil, sauté the onion, pepper and garlic, all chopped
  • Season and cook it for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Add the broth, bring to a boil, and then add the noodles and saffron.
  • Cook everything for 10 minutes.
  • Add the clams, let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes and pour into the tureen. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
