Ingredients to make Marinera Noodles:
- 350 grams of noodles
- 1/2 kg of clams
- 1 onion
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 l vegetable broth
- a few strands of saffron
- chopped parsley
- oil

How to make Marinara Noodles:
- In a casserole with oil, sauté the onion, pepper and garlic, all chopped
- Season and cook it for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the broth, bring to a boil, and then add the noodles and saffron.
- Cook everything for 10 minutes.
- Add the clams, let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes and pour into the tureen. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
