How to make Seafood Crepes:

.Before making these delicious seafood crepes, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

.First we will start by preparing the crepes. To do this, mix the flour with the egg.

.Add the melted butter and milk until you get a completely homogeneous mixture. To obtain a smooth mixture, it is advisable to make it in the blender.

.In a nonstick skillet, melt a little butter over very low heat and add a little of the mixture. Spread the mixture all over the pan and brown on both sides. Once the crepes are ready, reserve one on top of the other.

.To make the seafood sauce we will start by cooking the octopus. To do this, wash very well and take to a covered pot. Cook over very low heat for 30 minutes, after this time remove the octopus and reserve the broth.

.Now, to start with the sauce, heat oil in a pot and add the prawn shells, cook until they are well browned.

.Add the onion, the finely chopped paprika and the filleted garlic. Cook a sauce with these ingredients for a few minutes with a pinch of salt.

.Add the tomato without skin and cut into large pieces to the pan. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the tomato releases its juices. Then, add a cup of the octopus broth, the teaspoon of paprika and the bay leaf. Cook covered over low heat for 20 minutes. After this time, blend the sauce very well and return to the pot, season with salt and pepper.

.Separately to cook the rest of the seafood, in another pan, sauté the previously seasoned prawns and cook until golden brown. In the same pan, cook the squid rings until they are golden, season with salt and pepper. Cut the octopus into small portions and sauté, season with salt and pepper.

Finally add all this together with the tilapia cut into pieces and seasoned, to the pan with sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

.Fill the crepes with the seafood and sauce, then close and decorate with a little more sauce and seafood. Seafood crepes is a perfect dish for a weekend meal or for a romantic evening such as Valentine’s dinner.
