- 1 piece of sea chicken
- 1 piece of large onion
- 1 piece of large ripe tomato
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons seedless raisins
How to make Sea Chicken with tomato:
- Place the oil in the pressure cooker, the sea chicken cut into pieces , the onion cut into cubes, the tomato cut into cubes and the previously rinsed raisins over this preparation with 1/2 glass of white wine, broth or water. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Then, leave it on high heat for a few more minutes, turn off the heat and leave the pot uncovered for about 10 minutes to finish cooking and so that the fish does not fall apart.
- Serve the sea chicken accompanied with puree, rice, salad or noodles, with whatever you like.
