Sea chicken recipe with tomato

Ingredients to make Sea Chicken with tomato:

  • 1 piece of sea chicken
  • 1 piece of large onion
  • 1 piece of large ripe tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons seedless raisins

How to make Sea Chicken with tomato:

  1. Place the oil in the pressure cooker, the sea chicken cut into pieces , the onion cut into cubes, the tomato cut into cubes and the previously rinsed raisins over this preparation with 1/2 glass of white wine, broth or water. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Then, leave it on high heat for a few more minutes, turn off the heat and leave the pot uncovered for about 10 minutes to finish cooking and so that the fish does not fall apart.
  3. Serve the sea chicken accompanied with puree, rice, salad or noodles, with whatever you like.
