Sea Bream with Onion Recipe

Ingredients to make Sea Bream with Onion:

  • 1 Scaled and gutted sea bream
  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 2 onion
  • 10ml olive oil
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • salted

How to make Sea Bream with Onion:

  1. In a baking dish we pour the oil and place the sea bream and water with the tomato, previously prepared in a pan.
  2. Peel and cut the onions into very thin slices and put them on top of the tomato.
  3. Sprinkle with a little salt and add a few drops of lemon juice, add the butter on top of the sea bream and drizzle everything with the wine.
  4. We put on the fire for 10 minutes and then put in the preheated oven for 1/2 hour.
  5. We serve very hot and in the same source.
