Sea bream stew recipe

Ingredients to make Sea Bream Stew:

  • 4 portions of sea bream
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 1 medium potato cut into thin slices

How to make Stewed Sea Bream:

  1. Julienne the peppers, onion, tomatoes, zucchini and potato into thin slices. Crush the garlic
  2. In a casserole with hot oil, add the garlic and wait a bit for it to pass. Add the onion and fry a little until golden.
  3. Add the tomato, bell pepper and zucchini. Add the pieces of fish and leave on the heat for a moment. Put it in the oven for about 5 minutes, add the wine and leave it for another 5 minutes.
