How to make Sea Bass with Prawns:

  1. Clean, scale the sea bass well, and separate the loins.
  2. Once removed, we will remove the skin, passing a knife close to it and the meat of the sea bass, starting from the tail.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and add the sliced ​​garlic and the sea bass fillets in a pan with hot oil.
  4. We do it on one side and when we turn the loins over, we sprinkle them with a little sweet pepper.
  5. We remove them and reserve.
  6. In the same pan without removing the oil or the garlic or the pepper, add the prawns until they turn red.
  7. Once the prawns have been removed, we reserve them, and add half a glass of white wine to the pan and stir to combine all the flavors.
  8. We assemble the plates with the loins and the prawns, sprinkling the resulting sauce over everything, sprinkling a little finely chopped parsley on top
  9. It is advisable to serve immediately and bon appetite.
