- 2 sea bass fillets, boneless
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 100 milliliters of white wine
- 1 dessert spoon of flour
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 unit of cayenne
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 glass of water
How to make Sea bass in sauce easy and fast:
- In a casserole with a little oil, brown the fish over high heat for one minute on each side. We take out and reserve.
- In the same casserole we add the onion and the minced garlic. We brown them and when they have a little color we add the cayenne and flour. We remove it so that the flour is cooked.
