Sea Bass Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients to make Sea Bass Ceviche:

For six people

  • 5 kilos of Corvina Queen
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Red Sweet Chile (Paprika)
  • 6 sour lemons
  • 1 roll of coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 glass of ginger ale
  • Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)

How to make Sea Bass Ceviche:

Take the queen croaker and cut it into small pieces. In a container, place the lemon juice and the glass of ginger ale. Once the fish is cut, it is placed in the container with the lemon and the ginger ale, and it is left to rest for half an hour. Cut the onion and paprika into very small pieces and finely chop the coriander. Once these ingredients are cut, they are mixed with the fish and salt and pepper are added to taste. Mix well and serve in small portions, accompanied by a pink sauce or separate mayonnaise and tomato sauce. This dish can serve as an appetizer or a snack on a night of drinking.
