- 1 onion
- 500g of chopped spines

How to make sea and mountain noodles, with cream.
- Sauté the finely chopped onion, along with the spinach, pine nuts and garlic for 15 min. approx. to simmer.
- Add the peeled prawns and fry for another 5 min.
- Now add 400g of cooking cream and stir continuously for about 7 min. plus. Give it a generous touch of salt (the cream is very sweet)
- Cook the pasta in a pot and add it to the sauce when it is “al dente”.
- Serve accompanied by a good cold white wine.
- An exquisite flavor!!! It will surprise you.
