Scrambled Eggs Mushroom Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients to make Scrambled Egg Mushroom Sandwich:

For 4 people:

  • 1/2 loaf of soft bread
  • 75 grams of mushrooms
  • Fine salt
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • Olive oil

How to make Scrambled Egg Mushroom Sandwich:

Open the bread in half lengthwise. Arrange the scrambled mushrooms on the base, which we will have done as follows: In a frying pan, with a little olive oil, sauté the minced garlic with the mushrooms cut into thin slices. Add the chopped parsley, beaten eggs and salt. Stir and let it set over low heat. Finally and already on the bread, put the lid and serve hot.

Tip: When you sauté the garlic and add the mushrooms, leave over low heat so that they gradually release their water and it evaporates.

Only then will it be time to add the eggs and make the scrambled eggs.
